When it goes off a flammable materiel burns incredibly hot which melts the iron the iron is now molten and hot and the molten iron can melt through almost any material in this extreme exit hermit reaction

Synthetic Matierals: Tamahagene
Tamahagene is a type of steel used exclusively in the swords and pole weapons wielded by the great samurai such as the legendary katana wakazashi and tanto blades and also the naginata pole sword.
This was a legendary steel way ahead of its time and stronger than any other while also having small amounts of flexibility and good edge retention. It was made by gathering satetsu sand and iron and smelting them in a large clay furnace for 72 hours. when the clay is finally cracked open you have Tamahagene steel ready for the forge. The steel chunks are sorted into three categories based on strength and hardness hard medium and soft this is determined by the sound they make when banged on something. The steel that is hardest is folded and hammered into a rough thin sword shape. This makes the core of the sword then the softest steel is folded over on top of the hard creating the second layer. Then the medium is folded on that and then the hard is folded on top of that this is the only layer you will be able to see the hard on the outside gives it a strong durable cutting edge while the soft inner layers allow it to sometimes flex to avoid shattering.this is one of the most common layering techinqes but there are many others.

The periodic table and the elements
Before today all that I knew was that the periodic table was split up according to reactivity metals non metals metalloids and gasses and atomic number.
I now know how the reactions in elements work and how uranium causes nuclear fission and splits atoms to create explosions.
I hope to learn how you can learn the hardness of metals what metals combine well and how or if you can add properties by adding other elements.
The picture below is a. Titanium ring that shows how titanium reacts to things creating those colors the a process called anodizing

The Coilgun
SA Coilgun also known as a Railgun, or Gauss Gun is a weapon system that uses caseless ammunition that has no propellant and is virtually silent because there is no Gunpowder or pressure. It fires using a series of electro magnetic coils around the barrel that operate in sync with infared sensors. A Round (pointed metal projectile with no casing) is pushed out of the magazine into the barrel tripping the first infrared sensor causing the first electromagnet to turn on it pulls the round foward rapidly but at the end of it is another sensor when the round breaks the beam the first coil shuts off to stop it from pulling it back and activates the second coil pulling it fowards faster and further along the barrel. The round will travel along repeating this cycle through as many stages as there are then it will leave the barrel.Other variations have all coils turned on when the first sensor is tripped so they all pull it foward. Same as the first type though as soon as a round passes an electromagnet it immediately shuts off so it will not slow the bullet. The bullets get pushed into the first stage by a small electric piston servo in handheld models but with the larger artillery cannons rounds are loaded one at a time so there is no need for this because there is no first sensor just an on button to pull it to the first sensor and second coil it then continues normally. The more coils and stages you have in a Coilgun the more powerful. accurate. and ranged it will be because there is more total power. The only one in military use today is a navy artillery Coilgun that fires sabots. When tested against 5 Thick tough AR500 armor plates it passed through with ease and continued for seven kilometers with little drop after passing through. The military has shown no intrested in gauss small arms however many smart people with the tools and knowledge build them for fun. And why wouldn't they! nothing could be more intresting check out the video below to see one of them.
